So the past few weeks since my last journal entry have been pretty busy..October is always the month of everything happening! I had a flurry of doing a few portrait pieces which people seemed to really like so expect more of those in the future! However first I am working on an animal piece which will include a video of my process so watch out for that when I upload it ~ I have also been sorting out my university application which involves A LOT. Personal statement, choosing, filling in details...its so long but that part is nearly finished at least. Just need to hit the pay and send, see my UCAS co-ordinator and then I'm done! Just have to wait to see if I get any offers ~ (If anyone is curious I'm applying for video game art/design courses)
Lots of social dramas have also been occuring this month..seriously this ALWAYS happens in October...kinda glad the month is half way through. BUT before October ends it is MCM London EXPO!!! I am super pumped for it to see all the cosplayers and my buddies. I was going to do a full armour cosplay but do to work and laziness I won't be ready in time. I'm hoping to at least have my swords done but if not it will definitely all be done for the May expo. I'd much rather it looks awesome and be perfect than being rushed!!
In arty news not much has been going on...been working on a few doodly pieces due to lack of time and me being easily distracted by stuff -cough Pokemon X -cough- so I will probably have another activity spike in a week or so. If anyone has any requests by the way of a celebrity, character or animal they would like me to paint (digital or traditional) then feel free to drop me a note! Currently I have an Iron Man piece lined up so also keep your eye out for that!
